Here is a current breakdown of our prices. Prices are subject to change. All pricing updates will be shared here. Customers will be notified of current and updated prices when they call. We offer a 1 Year warranty on parts and labor we supply, except on Drain Cleanings.

• Estimates, Looking at the job, and simple tightening's are FREE

• Diagnostic Fee $60 (up to a hour of figuring out why a certain problem is occurring or figuring out if something can be fixed.)

The Diagnostic Fee will roll into the repair price, if a repair is needed that day. 

• Hourly Rates: $225 for the 1st hour, $150 for every hour after (1 hour minimum)

• 30% Mark up on all parts that Bella T's Plumbing supplies. Sales tax is required on parts sold.

• Water Heaters / Tankless

• 40 Gallon Natural Gas water heaters (atmospheric tin vent), $2,100 all parts and labor included.

• 50 Gallon Natural Gas water heaters (atmospheric tin vent), $2,100 all parts and labor included.

• 50 Gallon Natural Gas water heater (pvc pipe venting) $2,700 all parts and labor included.

• If Customer supplies standard 40 or 50 gallon natural gas water heater, $800 plus parts

• All other tanked water heaters, (Electric, power vented, and models over 50 gallons), will require a estimate.

• Tankless (Navien) $5,500 all labor and material included.

All standard water heaters come with a 6 year warranty, addition extensions on the Bradford Whites to extend to a 10 year warranty is a extra $300.
